As an Operations & Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our smart retail locations operating efficiently. Working closely with our operations team, you'll coordinate replenishment schedules, support customer requests, monitor machine performance, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and making a real impact in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily replenishment schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and operational status.
- Support inventory and stock management.
- Communicate with suppliers and service partners.
- Assist with customer support requests.
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Help improve operational efficiency through continuous optimization.
