Als ein Operations & Service Coordinator, spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere smarten Einzelhandelsstandorte effizient zu betreiben. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Operationsteam koordinierst du Nachschubpläne, unterstützt Kundenanfragen, überwachst die Maschinenleistung und hilfst, ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily replenishment schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and operational status.
- Support inventory and stock management.
- Communicate with suppliers and service partners.
- Assist with customer support requests.
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Help improve operational efficiency through continuous optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics or operations
- Experience in customer service
- Valid driving license
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Interest in Smart Retail technology
Must Have
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- German (B2 or higher)
- English (B1 or higher)
- Ability to work independently
